Large Events
Prices include use of full facility (banquet hall, meeting room, kitchen, lobby/bar).
WEDDING $800
- Includes night before setup
SOCIAL $700
- Requires hiring a professional bonded security company; minimum 2 personnel onsite
- Same day setup only, or additional fee
WEDDING/SOCIAL COMBO $700 for social, wedding reduced to $600
FUNERAL $350
- Same day setup (other arrangements may be considered on individual basis)
Smaller Events
BANQUET ROOM $75/hr to $300 daily max (LIMITED kitchen service included)
KITCHEN $150 daily flat rate
MEETING ROOM $50/hr to $100 daily max (LIMITED kitchen service included)
Community Group Deals
- Events hosted by Oakville Community Club Inc Member Groups (with OCC Directors)
- $150 flat daily fee for entire facility
- Events hosted by OCC-recognized youth groups (e.g. 4-H, Tiny Tots, Oakville Minor Hockey, etc)
- $150 flat daily fee for entire facility
- Fundraising and Community events for or by Oakville Community Club
- $0
Additional Expenses
SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN, IF DONE BY OAKVILLE COMMUNITY CLUB
- Lessor reserves the right to charge for setup and take down, dependent upon a case-by-case basis
DAMAGE FEE
- 50% of rental price which is fully or partially refunded once site has been inspected for damage
BAR CORKAGE FEE
- Using our bartenders: $5/person attending, $250 MINIMUM (under 50 attendees)
- Using your own bartenders: $0 (bartenders require Manitoba Smart Choice Certification at minimum)
ENTANDEM LICENSING FEES FOR MUSIC
- Fees collected through the Copyright Board of Canada’s tariff-setting process. We are required to charge these based on occupancy, whether there will be dancing, and for all live or recorded music, or a combination as outlines in our rental agreement contract.
Payment
RENTALS OVER $300 must pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental fee to hold the booking. Remaining payment including any additional fees, plus a damage deposit of 50% of rental fee must be paid before or on 30 days prior to event.
RENTALS $300 AND UNDER must pay in full – including damage deposit and any additional fees – at time to CONFIRM booking.
Payment can be made by etransfer to oakvillecommunityclub@gmail.com OR by cheque payable to Oakville Community Club OR by cash. Cheques must be presented at least 30 days prior to the event.
