OELC 50/50 Raffle
Draws June 1, 2024 at 5pm at the new Oakville Community Centre
Help raise funds for our new daycare! Each ticket is a chance to win big and help a good cause. Tickets are $5 each.

Tables Already on Sale!
Our Table for 200 fundraiser will be returning on Friday June 7 2024 with a fun new theme – Oakville’s TV Guide! Tables are already on sale and can be reserved by contacting gdelong52@gmail.com or call/text Grace at 204-239-7513.

Feature Fundraising event: Game Shows! Todd Botterill will be back as our MC/Game Show Host to give you the opportunity to be a contestant on classic shows like Family Feud, Price is Right and more. Of course you’ll have to come up with some cash to beat out the other contestants to get a chance to play.
Buy your tables early to make sure you don’t miss your chance, and get your thinking caps on! Will you come as Ross or Rachel, Sheldon, Hawkeye, Pierce or Norm?

2024 Trivia Night

Thirteen teams tested their wits, showed off their team spirit and had a ton of fun at this year’s Trivia Night. The event raised $1860 towards our new Community Centre and Daycare building fund. Quiz Master Deanne McLeod (with our Grand Quiz Creator Dale McLeod) did a fabulous job. At the end of the night, there was a lot of positive feedback on how well the event was run and how much fun everyone had. Join us next year for this annual event!
2023 Table for 200 – Wild West

Oakville’s Wild West Table for 200 was a great success
With the generosity of sponsors, attendees and volunteers, a total profit of $10,827.50 was raised for the Oakville Community Centre/Daycare. The Jail & Bail and our entertaining Sheriff were a great hit with the attendees. And of course the excellent food and music made sure everyone had a memorable evening.

- Outdoor Catered Family Style Meal
- Fundraising Jail & Bail – for a fee our Sheriff will lock your friends in our Fundraising Jail for 15 or 30 minutes. If they match your fee they can escape early.
- Dress up your table and yourselves to match the theme and you could win a prize for best group.
- Toe-tapping Music by Darlene and Paul Schultz
- Old West Saloon – serving up all the traditional favorites and a couple signature drinks
- Menu: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, baked beans, salad & buns with a Dessert Chuckwagon

The Oakville New Hall and Daycare Fundraising Committee is partnering with Towns Apparel Company to place an order for custom Oakville clothing designs.
**DEADLINE FOR THE FINAL ORDER IS DECEMBER 4TH, 2021**

Orders need to be placed by November 12 to ensure delivery by Christmas. There is the possibility of continuing orders beyond that date if we meet the order minimums.
